Putin orders govt to mull support of highly viscous oil projects

MOSCOW, Apr 12 (PRIME) -- President Vladimir Putin ordered the government and oil companies on Monday to consider supporting projects with highly viscous oil and hard-to-recover oil reserves including by switching to an added income tax.

The deadline for the report was scheduled for May 1.
